Ascend Armenia will accept registrations in a two step process. The first payment of $75US will be a non refundable deposit which will help to make this race self-funded and self-sustaining. The proceeds from the deposit will go entirely to resourcing our on-the-ground team of planners and organizers in Armenia who have been working very hard behind the scenes for months planning and scouting the ENTIRE 1200km route, meeting with government officials, securing permits, writing and gathering race information, and coordinating involvement of third party stakeholders. The second payment of $225US will complete the total $300US race registration fee. This portion will be 50% refundable if a racer cannot attend, or the entire $300US can be deferred to a future race registration date such as the 2025 edition or beyond. All registrants will have to read and complete a racer information questionnaire before their registration becomes final.
